
Ghroat Flour Pancakes

Gluten Free & Fried in Ghee! Pancakes never filled you up so good
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 3-4 tbsp Ancient Organics Ghee
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup milk
- ⅛ tsp salt

- Large skillet pan
Instructions
Make the Batter
- Melt about ½ tsp of ghee per pancake, or as much as you need to coat a thin layer on the bottom of the pan.
- Work in batches and add about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook on medium heat until you see small bubbles forming, then flip.
- Cook on the other side for about 1-2 minutes and set aside.
- Repeat by refreshing the ghee in the bottom of the skillet each time until all the batter is gone.
Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve the pancakes immediately and top with fresh berries, more melted ghee, and maple syrup.
