Simple Gholden Milk Latte to nourish you first thing in the morning or as an afternoon pick me up!
Ingredients
- ½ cup of coffee or black tea
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp Ancient Organics Ghee
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup steamed/frothed A2 Milk/ H&H or Oat milk

Instructions
Brew the Coffee of Tea
- Brew coffee or black tea.
- Pour about ½ cup of your selected drink into a mug and add ground ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper, ghee, and honey.
- Froth with a handheld frother or blender until smooth and creamy.
Steam the Milk
- Heat 1/2 cup of milk (your choice)
- Froth with a hand frother until light and fluffy. Pour on top of your latte and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
