
Gharlic Bucatini w/ Parmesan & Parsley

Everyone needs pasta in their lives. We want it to be buttery good....
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Ancient Organics Ghee
- ½ lbs bucatini pasta
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ cup pasta water
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt & pepper

Instructions
Boil the Pasta
- Set a large pot of salted water to boil.
- Add the bucatini pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
- Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before straining.
Make the Sauce
- Grate 3 cloves of garlic and chop the parsley.
- Melt 3 tbsp ghee in a skillet set to medium-high heat and add the grated garlic.
- Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes and then
- add the parsley and half of the pasta water. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and stir to combine, adding the remaining pasta water as needed.
- Remove
Plate & Serve
- Plate the bucatini and top with more shaved parmesan and fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
