Gharlic Bucatini w/ Parmesan & Parsley

Everyone needs pasta in their lives. We want it to be buttery good....

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Ancient Organics Ghee
  • ½ lbs bucatini pasta
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup pasta water
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

Boil the Pasta
  1. Set a large pot of salted water to boil.
  2. Add the bucatini pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  3. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before straining.
Make the Sauce
  1. Grate 3 cloves of garlic and chop the parsley.
  2. Melt 3 tbsp ghee in a skillet set to medium-high heat and add the grated garlic.
  3. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes and then
  4. add the parsley and half of the pasta water. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and stir to combine, adding the remaining pasta water as needed.
  6. Remove
Plate & Serve
  1. Plate the bucatini and top with more shaved parmesan and fresh chopped parsley.
  2. Serve with lemon wedges.
  3. Enjoy!
