Ghee Super Smoothie


Serves 2

1 young coconut
1 banana
¼ cup raw almond butter
¼ cup cacao nibs
3-4 dates
1 heaping tbsp Ancient Organics Chai Spice Ghee

Cut open the coconut and pour the coconut water into a blender.
Scrape the flesh out of the coconut and add to the water.
Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
